Womanizer To Feature On TV Show 'The Hills'

Womanizer," the first single from Britney Spears' upcoming album "Circus," hit U.S. radio outlet yesterday. The track, produced by up-and-coming Atlanta team the Outsyders, has a thick, synthy sound that should lend itself to remixes and club play.Lyrically, "Womanizer" finds Spears rebuffing the advances of man with the "swagger of champions." "Must mistake me as a sucker / To think that I would be a victim not another / Say it, play it how you wanna / But no way I'm ever gonna fall for you," she sings.Among the other contributors on "Circus" are Dr. Luke, who wrote and produced the title cut, Danja, Guy Sigsworth, Max Martin and Bloodshy & Avant. The album's release on Dec. 2 coincides with Spears' 27th birthday.Although its video isn't quite ready yet, "Womanizer" will play during Monday's (Sept. 29) episode of the MTV show "The Hills."

If anyone was going to tempt Britney back to Britain, it was bound to be X Factor extraordinaire Simon Cowell.
Cowell has reportedly persuaded the 'Toxic' star to perform her new single, Womanizer, on the hit ITV1 show in December.
It will be Britney's first visit here since her Onyx Hotel tour more than four years ago.
A source from X Factor told The Sun: "Everyone is thrilled. To have Britney involved is a massive coup. They expect ratings to go through the roof when her performance airs."
Meanwhile, Britney's mum, Lynne Spears has talked about her daughter's public breakdown on US television, insisting she never pushed the young star into the limelight.
"Britney pushed me," she said. 'What was I to do? Persuade my child not to go after her dreams?"
"She was in high school, was the homecoming maid and was most popular. She had everything going for her."

The singer is casting for her new music video, "Womanizer," from her upcoming album Circus, a source tells PEOPLE – and plans to start shooting the video "very soon." After her casting call, the singer headed to dinner at the Little Door, one of her favorite Hollywood spots.

Britney Spears (in the green shirt) threw a joint monster truck-themed birthday party for her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, at a friend’s Los Angeles home yesterday.Friends and family, including Britney’s sister Jamie-Lynn (in the white shorts and black shirt) and their mom Lynne Spears (black shirt) attend the party. Also present was Brit’s father and conservator Jamie Spears who beat the heat dressed in all white.Amongst the many balloons, Sean and Jayden were be seen riding around the yard on their red Big Wheel.
When recently speaking with OK! magazine, Britney said of her plans for the bash: “I want to have a traditional party. I have some friends with kids who I am going to invite.”Celeb attendees included Jenny McCarthy with her son Evan and Kingston Rossdale. But the guests of honour seemed to be having the best time as they drove around the party in mini motorized cars, which were customized Ed Hardy by Christian Audigier. The cars featured tattoo-inspired decals, Ed Hardy air fresheners and personalized license plates. To keep with the party’s theme, the cake was in shape of a yellow truck.
